90-91 rotors
I've got a few 90-91 front rotors. All are used and pretty close or at the wear limit. Still useable but I have no need for them as I fitted an aftermarket one.

Thread repair on engine cases
I've got stripped threads in the engine cases.
I already have some old 6mm helicoils and the proper drill bit, tap, and installation tool. Just seems like that drill bit is pretty large compared to the hole in the case. Is there enough meat in there to install helicoils or is there another option?

Hey all. Mike from PGH, PA here. I've got a '91 CR5. Had it for about 14 years. Basically stock except DEP pipe and powercore silencer. It sat in pieces for about 5 years and finally rebuilt the engine the end of last summer. I'm glad I spent the money! I forgot how fun these bikes are.
