Got the 27, 23 and the 22... All fine weapons!!! Only carry the 27 in a smart carry during short weather and as a back up on the ankle, recently got a sub compact XD .40 that I carry more as it's smaller over all... But the 23 with a CT laser grip, night sights and mag extensions is my favorite!
Rebuilt the engine, forks and swing arm/linkage. He has the fork guards, front plate and seat cover and is gonna finish it up himself. Still less then $1k invested....
The compression blew 75, but the beast still ran and even scared him on his test rides :P

Use the 01 CR250 rads, newer may work but look different when I built mine... You may still have to have the left side cross over rotated up a little, but other then that they should bolt right up.
I went with a head stay on my 450 to mimic the the front radius tube on the frame and used both bolt holes on each side. Welding a block and 6" straps just seemed to weak for me.
