Bog usually means lean sputter or blubber is usually rich. Try 2.5 turns on the air screw if your bog is more like a blubber you might end up with a size smaller on the pilot same on the main I would try a 168. I'm pretty sure I'm on 168 main and 55 pilot right now too. Almost identical conditions ...

Not sure if they fit, but they show as different part numbers. You can get a new boot and metal ring for cheaper then that old stuff!!!

Alum plate attached with two bolts high out of the way to airbox, then bolt box to subframe. Attach boot to carb and then put subframe/airbox on. Top back of boot will hit the plate, but you will have a 1/4" or so gap on the bottom at the plate. Apply heat to upper outside corner of boot where ...

I know when buying Twin Filters, for the 02 you need an adapter kit to swap out the stock filter; where as the 03-04 only require the filter and filter cage. Only place I applied heat was to the outside edge where it hit on the frame, cleared the shock great on its own.

KE 336 wrote: Just curious, why are you going to bother with a overflow bottle?
Just a little extra insurance in case it pushes a little coolant out. I am sure I will ride with it out, but it is one of those little things I see as needing to be done before I consider it truely complete.
