Hello everyone,

I was trying to get hold of Ron at Pulse Engineering. It's been quite a few years since I spoke with him and his number has since been disconnected ( Ron @ Pulse Engineering 406-248-5595 ). I tried searching for anything recent but his e-bay page has not been active for over a year ...

I just realized that this bike was put together with left over parts from a few other bikes so now I'm not sure if they are even 95 graphics. The link is below with a pic of the bike, if anyone knows what year they are from please let me know.

Unless your oil specifically states that you run 32:1 that is a lot of oil for a water cooled bike. I run either Amsoil Interceptor at 50:1 or Klotz Benol at 40:1. Most oils recommend a mix of 32:1 for an air cooled engine.

I'm in North Carolina which is pretty much at sea level. I run a 39.5mm PWK with Rad Valve setup.

Main : 175
Pilot : 55
Needle : CEJ

Runs perfect. Why are you running 32:1 mix on a water cooled bike?

and I would not recommend the V-Force reeds. I removed them from both my bikes and replaced them with a Boyesen Rad Valve. I installed this Pulse setup on my 95 CR500 and I love it. Roosty can tell you about it also.
