Son of a bitch, REALLY? If I'd known that, I would've looked you up. I ran through Reno all last summer, usually on the way to Tracy Ca,, then reload in Salinas. Pretty much a rounder every week. Used to take a nap at the top of the Donner, where the temp was cool enough to shut the truck off. Some ...

Refresh my memory, where do you live? Some cool stories and pics, btw. I didn't ride for just over 2 years, until last November. Working in the oilpatch and all the flying across the country, had my life pretty fucked up. The drought ended last November, although it was on my 250. Roosty has the POS...

If you have the money, buy a set of the 02-08 Showa Twin Chambers, and get the triples from a 96 500 or newer. Those forks fit perfectly into the clamps, I know, I've done it. I had the entire front end from my 04 450, so wheels and brakes were no problem. If you are going to do this swap, don't sho...

I say keep it going, Bob. While traffic may be slow, the info on here in regards to AF's is invaluable, plus I pulled strings to get my MPS thread moved out of the Dumbgeon at Vital. Mostly so it would never disappear, and this place leads guys to that thread. Any way to prevent people from getting ...

If I'm not mistaken, there are 2 fees involved for keeping this site up and running? If a bunch of us pony up and keep it going, would that not work? No one really has ownership, per se, just keep the info up and available. I'm not around like I used to be, but there is some invaluable info on here.

Hmmm, Alberta's a pretty big place, could you be perhaps a little more SPECIFIC. I live 60 km from Count FLloydminster when I'm working, fly home to the asshole of the country on days off. Also a proud card carrying member of the Hate Four Strokes Club. Probably get my half litre out here again next...

Not my stuff but...

Saw this on Vital, just posting because I thought it might interest a guy doing a conversion. Don't know if that year frame is a PITA or not, this is just a public service announcement. Another service I offer, beside slagging MPS. http://www.vitalmx.com/forums/The-Bazaar,26/CRF-Parts-2004-20...

At least you still have most of your your stuff, if not feeling a little violated in regards to your personal security. Throw in a couple MORE layers of theft prevention, and rest easy. Too bad you didn't catch them in the act. Assholes.

I didn't join there based on what members here had said about the place, and the "mandatory" 500 ownership thing. 2 1/2 years on I see I made the right call.
This site rocks Bob. The truth is spoken here, and that matters. Don't shut it down, man.
