I had Emig bore some tripples to put the WP forks on my 125 convert. I will cover it later in my build.

1 1/8" removed from head pipe, what are the expected re

So for my 125 build I had to do quite a bit to a PC pipe to get it to fit. The major change is that I had to take 1 1/8" out of the head pipe right where it exits the exhaust flange. The other changes I made were minimal. What are some of the theories on how that will effect the performance? My...

I used 2002 CR250 radiators. I Relocated the two lower cross overs about 3/4" forward. I could have just bent the cross overs a tad to line up with the hole in the wye, but the lower mount would have been overhanging the front of the frame by quite a bit, and I would have had to trim the fender...

If not plated you can use an oxy acetelene torch, I awayas used a cutting torch, get a nice flame get point it into the headpipe and when it starts to burn, you can turn off the acetelene and hit the oxy, that will keep it burning and keep you amused for a while too. makes some cool noises :wink: I...
