They have all the 500 templates, but I think he said they are getting ready to launch a new web site and will have them on the new site. For now just give them a call and they can hook you up. Ya I have also done R/C stuff, might need a cheap trash can to make it big enough to hold a gas tank!

I was also thinking of the dye in a spray can they make for auto carpet and seats.

Anyone ever dye a tank (or any plastic)? I would paint it just to get it black for now and get a new one in a month or so, but I am afraid the paint will bubble with the gas vapors.

I am in Indiana, when I get stuff from motosport.com (Oregon) they ship it 2 day on orders of $100 or more (wish they had the 3.5 gallon in black, just can't get myself to put a clear tank on an all black bike!)

Wanted to check if anyone had any fitment, ergo issues with the larger size first.

And it is for a '94

Need a new tank

I need to get a new gas tank ordered tonight (need it by the weekend)! I have all new black plastic, so I think I am going to go with a black tank (clear would be great to see the fuel, but all black looks great!). Are there any recommendations on a larger 3.5 or 4 gallon tank? I don't want it to b...

Other than color is there any difference between the white and black airbox (will a swap be a no brainer or are there alignment issues)?

Loosen all of the other motor mounts up including the swing arm bolt. Maybe even check and see if the holes in the motor are wallowed out. There's definately some thing goofy going on slow down and recheck some things you should not have to shim it at all......... Looks like we were typing at the s...

You got dual shocks on that bay boy? Na, just 2 pictures in photoshop so you could see both sides. I loosened up all the other mounting bolts, and then I could line it up. I then made everything snug before torquing to spec. Now it is 100%! I must have just gotten ahead of myself and had the engine...

Any help as I am in a hurry to get this finished up! I am kinda hoping I can just loosen the head bolts and align i...
