Another option...I'm here in Ventura also and have a Gen I (97 CR250) I've been thinking about getting rid of. Had the bike for the last 10 years, and its well taken care of. Not the most popular bike, but may be the easiest conversion. You're welcome to come by and check it out. I'm on the east end...

Sleeve problem
Got my cylinder sleeved recently, and it came back with a slight gap in the transition from the cylinder to sleeve on the intake tract. Rest of the job came out great. They even ground in decompression scallops at no extra charge (for my '85 cylinder). Don't really think it will be a problem since t...
