my cylinders pretty much always come off like that after using them for a while, not sure what that means

even the ones that are double checked to be perfect going in ?

Id rather they stayed straight, but dosent seem to hurt anything so far

dont get me wrong, the mitas dosent pull in a straight line as hard as a m5b or ve33, but it corners as good as any moto style tire out there, but works 100 times better than one on rocks, wet roots, logs and trails in general i have never not made a hill with the mitas and said, if i had a m5b i wo...

m5b or ve33 are great, but for higher speed stuff they dont turn very good

my favourite all around rear tire is the mitas c16 110 90 18, last year i got 11 harescramble races out of one (and it gripped good the whole time)

a trick i use on mine, i like to keep the clutch arm in the middle of the travel, i made the rod a little too short and use valve shims (i think 7.48mm dia) to keep it there as it wears lately i have been putting a steel in first to move the plates out so they hammer down the high spots on the baske...

not trying to rain on your parade... I hope you arent using any ktm 2stroke parts or design, because they are complete pos and rarely work after a few hundred starts, not just a little part worn, everything about it is completely mangled (including the case) give any 7 year old a crayon and they can...

take it apart and see
the proper and easiest way to lower forks is to put a spacer on the damping rod, its not atached or anything (grey 1/2 CPVC plastic pipe works great)

i think it should be fine, cant see it being any different than idling a bike down the road in 5th but i bet it would run a lot more consistant if you put a thermostat in it that bypassed your extra rad until it got hot it also makes a difference how hot the coolant is right after the rads as its co...

i would richen it up a little and see how it runs

carefully inspect waterpump and gear

maybe intermittent CDI problem, not likely but possible

plugged off pipe or silencer would make it hot

just shave down the lip on the outside of the basket so it dosent rub and then assemble everything and you need to get the 250 push rod and shave it down till your clutch arm is in the middle of its travel, as the clutch wears it will drop the clutch rod make sure the shaved end goes to the throwout...
