theres a time and place for nig rigging, its not for bike engine mounts

the lighter flywheel makes it easier to stall, on the 500cdi its pretty much unrideable the lighter flywheel does make the bike feel 10lbs lighter, also a light flywheel gives you a more direct/positive connection with the ground..... more traction if you want it but at the same time it will break l...

watch closely at 1:33.... it stalls then starts back up.... it dosent do it every time but it does it fairly often (the oe500 stuff has never done that) i had the same issues with the 500 stuff stalling when it really shouldnt, mostly hitting small logs in 2nd or 3rd lower rpms, as the tire hit it w...

this year i have seen 3 efi bikes (less than a year old) either die on the side of the trail or unload, gear up and bike wont start, then load up and go home while all your friends are riding

im starting to think maybe carbed is the way to go for my application

complete scotts sub mount steering damper for a 09 crf250 should fit most or all gen 4, low hours

good condition 07 250 sxf engine, clutch master, electrics, and exhaust
right intake 4.5 thou left intake 6 thou, and both exhaust are at 7 thou

metered propane and air under pressure, kinda like boost, this one i never went over 20 psi boost cause its plastic and handheld, chamber pressures were already over 300psi :shock: i always wanted to make one out of steel and run real high pressure, but i never got around to it http://www.spudfiles....

i got no issues with someone selling a bike after 1 ride, i do have issues with people anodising, polishing, and washing there bikes instead of riding them.....

got it finished today, except a few small things like cdi mounts, and i weighed it and got 220lb ready to ride without fuel on what i think is an accurate scale

in the next week ill try and gather whats left of the honda and see what it weighs

500 is already apart and 250 f is on its way
500 engine is already mocked up in the KTM, i wanted to flog the ktm as a 4t just once and also make sure the chassis was up to par
